Macaron workshop

We’d love to get you launched into the world of macarons with lessons from our top baker. He is happy to share his knowledge so you too can bake, make fillings and finish your own delicious macarons by following our recipes.

Our workshops of no more than 12 people take place in our own kitchen – everyone is looked after in an intimate setting with plenty of space. Afterwards, you’ll be taking a scrumptious box of your own creations home!

Bonbon workshop

Get ready for a dive into the world of chocolate and bonbon making. At Smaakaron bonbon workshop you will learn everything you need to master perfect, shiny and yummy bonbons. You will also discover – in a fun yet informative way – the mysterious origins of chocolate. How it’s grown, harvested and then turned into the finished product we love.

You will learn how to make a basic ganache perfectly and by the end of the experience you will understand and have practiced the technique of tempering chocolate, using it to make your own unique bonbon shells, while applying a range of colouring methods. You’ll be taking home a box of your own luxuriously created bonbons.

Teambuilding

Our workshop is an empowering team-building activity where you get the opportunity to work in collaboration with your colleagues to learn and practice the ultimate macaron baking skills. Why not make your company’s day out fun, cozy but – most importantly – delicious.
